Extensive review of medical/clinical records to determine potential impact of medications and treatment of other medical diagnoses on voice function
Perceptual evaluation
Perceptual evaluation of singing voice
Acoustic evaluation
Acoustic evaluation of singing voice
Aerodynamic evaluation
Assessment
Goal building
Recommendations/Plan of care
Identification of need for referrals to other services or professionals to support optimal voice outcomes
Counseling, education, and training to the client, health care providers, and caregivers
Detailed written evaluation outlining findings and recommendations
Singing Voice Evaluations are typically 80 minutes in length and can be scheduled in-person or via tele-practice.
Note: The Personalized Voice Evaluation + Singing Voice Evaluation does not include instrumental assessment (e.g. laryngoscopy; videostroboscopy). These services will be available in the future.
