These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Product and outline the rights and responsibilities of both you and Empowered Voice Rehabilitation. By accessing or purchasing the Product, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional marketplace terms. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, please do not purchase, or use the Product.

Acceptance of Terms: You affirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter these Terms for yourself or for the organization you represent.

 License: We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Product solely for personal and internal business purposes. This license does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property rights in the Product, and you agree not to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Product unless expressly permitted by us. File sharing is explicitly against our terms and conditions, and we will take action to address this violation.

It is okay to:

• Use this digital product for yourself.

• Use this digital product in your business to educate patients/clients, their support person(s), and non-SLP members of their care team.

• Share a printed copy of this resource with a patient/client, their support person(s), and non-SLP related members of their care team.

• Digitally share the file via online, secure, HIPAA-compliant teletherapy platforms in the context of therapy.

It is not okay to:

• Share these digital downloads with an SLP colleague. Please refer instead of sharing.

• Share a digital copy with clients outside of the context of therapy.

• Store these files in a publicly accessible online storage system.

• Make this digital product available for download to others.

• Email this digital product to a friend.

• Allow someone to make photocopies for their own personal or business use.

User Responsibilities: You agree not to use the Product for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes, and you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
